About WSP

White Shirt, Philosopher began back in October 2007, and all strips are written by stephen h, an artist/author/designer living and working in Portland, Oregon. The series examines in a satirical fashion what might occur if the events written in the old testament of the judeo-christian bible were to happen today, and what the reaction(s) might be by modern, urban-dwelling people.

Season One
The first 32 comics were released regularly online starting October 2007 before production halted later that fall. Over the time since then, the webspace the comics were posted on had to be taken offline, and this new site is the first time they have been made publicly available in over a year!

The story begins(hypothetically) right after Moses descends from the mountain with the 10 commandments. During the first season, most of the strips that were written included analysis and commentary of the 10 commandments specifically, and the first 3 primary characters were introduced: White Shirt, his friend Suit Guy, and Moses(loosely based, of course, on the biblical character).

Season Two(Coming Soon!)
In September of 2008, 19 more strips were produced, and a selection of strips from this season was released to a few friends, but were never released to the general public, and some have not been seen before at all. Details on this season will be updated here at a later date, after more of this season becomes available on the current schedule.

This season is finally scheduled to begin July 13th, 2009! Stay tuned for season premiere week event details!

Season Three
As of June 2009, a third season is now in consideration, and will likely be written and produced if enough interest can be generated.
